This is a common rotation for the Rend Barbarian. With and, you still have tools to deal good amounts of damage outside of your burst windows but if you really want to make 2 to 3 Elites disappear, you will need to use your cooldowns correctly. In the first 20 levels, this build is very effective against hard bosses because of its evasive playstyle, but it's not great in the open world as you have nothing to kill random monsters you just make them bleed and have to wait. It's one of the few Barbarian builds that can weave in and out of combat against tougher bosses in early levels, making it easier to fight without taking a lot of risks.
